The survey is anonymous, and the interview is confidential. 

All identifying information will be removed and protected by the research team. No one within the MDOC will have access to your individual responses.

The team abides by stringent ethics protocols. The project has received ethics clearance from Universities: The University of Winnipeg, Memorial University and The University of North Dakota
