The R.E.A.C.H. Study
The Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) is committed to the health and success of all its staff. To further this objective the MDOC is conducting a 3-year study focused on wellness and well-being.
This is a three-year study about staff wellness at Michigan's Department of Corrections (MDOC).
In partnership with MDOC and the MDOC Wellness Unit.
Participation involves:
1) Taking an inventory(Survey)
2) Having a conversation with the research team.
